Ideal candidates for positions within the company should have a solid work ethic, a cooperative and teachable attitude, and a desire for quality. The positions listed below are temporary. However, permanent posts will be offered to qualified employees exhibiting the highest level of skill and commitment while embracing our ethos.
Trim Technician / Quality Control
3-5 available positions
Trim technicians are the last mile for our harvest services. Each of the flowers will pass through the trim technicians hands for trimming before packaging. It is vital that our trim tech’s be able to consistently produce high quality product in a repetitive and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will have experience hand and machine trimming cannabis. He/She should be sensitive to the aesthetic of the final product and maintain high levels of productivity throughout the day. This position requires long hours of standing, moving product through our trim machines by hand, sorting product by grade, packaging product appropriately, and tracking product in the warehouse. Candidates must be able to operate a forklift and ideally will have obtained a prior forklift certification.
Harvest Crew Leaders
2-4 available positions
The ideal candidate for the Harvest Crew Leader position will have a hold a bachelors degree in business, agriculture, or a related field. They should hold all of the qualities of a leader and have experience in hemp, cannabis, or agricultural processing. They should be familiar with farm equipment, drying and processing. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to managing logistics and delivering our mobile drying units to farms across the state of North Carolina and East Tennessee, effectively and efficiently managing harvest team members, ensuring product quality and safety, effectively communicating with farmers, team members and executive team, appropriately tracking product through the production chain, and safely transporting harvested product back to the warehouse facility. This position requires the possession of or ability to obtain a Class A CDL License and the flexibility to travel extensively if needed. Excellence in project management, flexibility, and independent problem solving are a must.
Harvest Crew & Warehouse Processing Team
10-12 available positions
The ideal Harvest and Process Team member will be hard working, a team player, and have the ability to take direction. Harvest and Process Teams are vital to the success of our operation and the success for the farmers and communities we serve. Team members must be prompt, dedicated, detail oriented, and have the ability to maintain quality and consistency while maintaining productivity. Harvest crew members will work directly under the Harvest Crew Leader to harvest hemp plant and/or select top hemp buds for proper drying and curing. This position requires long hours on the feet potentially out in the elements for full days or weeks. Processing teams will follow the direction of the Processing Manager in the warehouse. Work in the processing warehouse includes loading and unloading drying plenums, shucking and bucking dried hemp, packaging and storing product appropriately, and ensuring that productivity and moral remain high during under pressure. Harvest and Processing Teams are interchangeable each team will move between the field to the warehouse on any given day as needed. Transportation and the ability to travel between our warehouse in Asheville and farms spread out across North Carolina and East TN are a must.
Processing Crew Leader

The ideal candidate for the Processing Crew Leader position will have a hold a bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field. They should hold all of the qualities of a leader and have experience in hemp, cannabis, or agricultural processing. They should be familiar with farm equipment, drying and processing of hemp or related agricultural products. Responsibilities for this position include effectively managing and directing processing team members, ensuring the timely and quality production of hemp bio-mass and top grade flower, appropriately tracking and organizing product through production chain, proper storage of finished product in the warehouse, proper inspection of raw and finished product, maintaining cleanliness of the facilities and machinery, and effectively communicating with the executive team. This position requires the ability to maintain quality and composure during moments of stress and pressure. The ideal candidate will have the skilsl to clearly understand the hemp drying process, communicate directives effectively, support where necessary, maintain a safe work environment, and take responsibility for the operation of all processing activities. Must have or be able to independently obtain a forklift certification and follow all safety protocols at all times.
